Matthew has been with Kell Moore for more than 25 years. He is a highly experienced practitioner focusing on local government, planning and environmental law. His experience has been formally recognised by the Law Society of NSW by attaining accreditation as a specialist in local government and planning law.
Matthew frequently advises councils in both Victoria and NSW and private landholders on the ability to develop land by reference to applicable planning instruments and legislation.
Matthew also represents clients in planning and development litigation across New South Wales and Victoria and regularly invokes alternative dispute resolution techniques.
Originally from Melbourne, Matthew settled in Albury in 2000 and has been involved in many community and sporting associations.

Caitlin grew up in regional Victoria before moving to Melbourne for study. Caitlin moved to Albury in 2010 and has been with Kell Moore since this time, becoming a Director in 2017.
Caitlin has developed a particular interest and knowledge in property and development. She is head of our property and conveyancing service line, advising both residential property clients as well as larger clients on residential and commercial developments.
Caitlin also practices local government and planning law. She advises and assists numerous councils in several aspects of property matters, including sales and purchases, leasing and licensing, and compulsory acquisition.

Sarah is one of our Kell Moore business owners and manages our Wills, Estates and Probate Department. This incorporates estate disputes and litigation, wills, probate and estate administration. She brings more than 20 years of experience to the practice area.
Sarah is passionate about this area and finds the work very rewarding to assist families and guide them through their wishes and worries when contemplating succession planning. Sarah helps find tax effective solutions tailored for the individual client. She can assist clients to navigate complex estate administration and estate related conflicts.
Sarah grew up locally and joined Kell Moore in 2007 and became a shareholder in 2024. Sarah has extensive experience in all facets of wills and estates law, including drafting complex wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship documents, applications for grants of probate or letters of administration and reseals in both Victoria and New South Wales, the administration of deceased estates, deeds of family arrangement and advising on estate disputes.

Travis commenced his legal career in 2006 and graduated from the Legal Profession Admission Board in 2011.

Special Counsel
Jason was raised in country Victoria and completed a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Behavioural Science at La Trobe University in Melbourne in 2008. Following university, Jason moved to Albury to commence his legal career, and he was admitted to the legal profession as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2009.
Jason has a broad legal knowledge and diverse skill set across multiple jurisdictions. He has experience in property and development law, building and construction law, conveyancing, commercial and business law, wills, estates and powers, as well as court/tribunal proceedings relating to criminal law, administrative law and various other litigation.

Jaimon joined Kell Moore in 2021, bringing many years of experience in accounting and governance roles with the Australian Taxation Office.
Jaimon grew up in the area and, after working in Melbourne, relocated to Albury to undertake his legal studies whilst working for the ATO.
Since joining Kell Moore, Jaimon has gained extensive experience in local government and planning law, commercial litigation, building and construction disputes, and industrial relations, including appearances before the NSW Land and Environment Court, the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW and the Fair Work Commission.

Lawyer
Shawn has joined Kell Moore in 2023 after moving to the Albury area to be closer to family.
Growing up in a small community in western Canada, Shawn came to Australia to complete his law degree over ten years ago.
Shawn’s legal career commenced with a range of different experiences, gained during his time working in Sydney and Melbourne, mainly focusing on large corporate matters, assisting people with homelessness and most recently family law dispute resolutions.
Shawn chose to relocate to the Albury-Wodonga region to be closer to family based in Chiltern. His role at Kell Moore includes assisting our conveyancing and rural clients out of the Albury and Corowa Offices advising on residential, commercial and rural property sales. Shawn also assists clients with Estate Planning and Probate.

Lawyer
Lauren joined Kell Moore in 2026 and practices in the firm’s Wills, Estates and Probate & Estate Litigation Departments.
Lauren brings experience and insight across estate planning and estate administration. Her work includes preparing complex wills, special disability trust wills, testamentary trust wills and powers of attorney, as well as reviewing asset structures, financial documents and trust deeds. She also assists clients applying for probate, letters of administration and survivorship applications.
Lauren assists Sarah Fleet with estate disputes and litigation, including family provision claims. She also has experience in property and conveyancing matters which complements her estate work, particularly where real property, farming assets or intergenerational transfers are involved.
Lauren enjoys working closely with clients to find trusted and practical legal solutions. She is known for her calm and perceptive approach; Lauren treats clients with compassion and astute guidance during what can often be a stressful time.
Lauren grew up on a family farm near Albury and understands the needs and concerns of rural and regional clients. Her background gives her a practical appreciation of matters involving family farms, regional businesses, succession planning and the transfer of property between generations.

Levi joined Kell Moore in 2025. Originally from Albury/Wodonga, Levi has spent over a decade working and studying in Canberra where he completed his legal studies. Levi was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of the ACT in 2022.
Levi has worked with both boutique and large law firms in Canberra, where he gained experience in a wide variety of legal work in the areas of property law, commercial and business law and estates.

An Albury Wodonga local, Linda began her career in the legal profession over 20 years ago.
Linda brings extensive experience in residential, commercial and rural property conveyancing in New South Wales and Victoria to Kell Moore. She is also heavily involved in our subdivision work, acting for large residential developers.
Linda is one of our licensed conveyancers, holding a current conveyancers licence in New South Wales. She is also a current member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division Ltd.
As an added service for clients, Linda holds a position of Honorary Justice of the Peace for the states of Victoria and New South Wales.

Probate Clerk and Licensed Conveyancer
Born and raised in Corryong, Nicole began her career in the legal profession over 30 years ago.
Nicole brings experience in the administration of deceased estates in both New South Wales and Victoria. Nicole works closely with executors and administrators to guide them through every step of the administration process from obtaining probate or letters of administration to the distribution of assets and finalisation of estate affairs. In addition to estate administration, Nicole is also a Licensed Conveyancer in New South Wales. This dual expertise enables her to offer a seamless service where property and estate matters intersect as well as enabling her to assist in our conveyancing department.
Nicole holds a position of Honorary Justice of the Peace for the state of New South Wales and in her spare time is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws through Charles Sturt University.

Peta joined Kell Moore in 2022.
Having worked in regional and remote towns in New South Wales for over 20 years, Peta has gained experience in a wide variety of legal work.
Peta completed an Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies) in 2005 and holds a position of Honorary Justice of the Peace in New South Wales.
Peta primarily assists in our Conveyancing Department and has experience in both New South Wales and Victorian property transactions.

Office Manager
Abbey is an Albury local who commenced her administrative career over 17 years ago.
Shortly after achieving her Bachelor of Arts, Abbey moved into an administrative role and gained certificates in Business Administration and Accounting & Bookkeeping. She has 13 years experience with a local Accounting firm before undertaking management with a regional health clinic. Abbey then joined Kell Moore as Office Manager in 2020.
