Matthew has been with Kell Moore for more than 20 years. He is a highly experienced practitioner focusing on local government, planning and environmental law. His experience has been formally recognised by the Law Society of NSW by attaining accreditation as a specialist in local government and planning law.
Matthew frequently advises councils in both Victoria and NSW and private landholders on the ability to develop land by reference to applicable planning instruments and legislation.
Matthew also represents clients in planning and development litigation across New South Wales and Victoria and regularly invokes alternative dispute resolution techniques.
Originally from Melbourne, Matthew settled in Albury in 2000 and has been involved in many community and sporting associations.

Peter practises in commercial and property law, business law and complex succession planning.
After growing up in the Albury area, Peter was admitted to practice in 1999. He has worked in Sydney, London and Dublin to enhance his skills in servicing local small to medium businesses and NSW Area Health Services.
Peter has particular expertise advising clients on planning and implementing mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, business structures, succession planning and commercial leasing.

Caitlin lived in regional Victoria before moving to Melbourne for study. Having always intended to move back to the country, Caitlin settled in Albury in 2010 and has been with Kell Moore since this time.
Caitlin has developed a particular interest and knowledge in property and development. She is head of our conveyancing service line, advising both residential property clients as well as larger clients on residential and commercial developments.
Caitlin also practices local government and planning law. She advises and assists numerous councils in several aspects of property matters, including sales and purchases, leasing and licensing, and compulsory acquisition.

Head of Estates Department
Sarah practises exclusively in and manages our Wills, Estates and Probate department. This incorporates estate disputes and litigation, wills, probate and administration. She brings more than 20 years of experience to the practice area.
Sarah is passionate about this area and finds the work very rewarding to assist families and guide them through their wishes and worries when contemplating succession planning and estate matters and finding tax effective solutions tailored for the individual client. She enjoys assisting clients to navigate complex estate administration and litigation dilemmas for estate related conflicts.
Sarah grew up locally and joined Kell Moore in 2007.
Sarah has extensive experience in all facets of wills and estates law, including drafting complex wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship documents, applications for grants of probate or letters of administration and reseals in both Victoria and New South Wales, the administration of deceased estates, deeds of family arrangement and advising on estate disputes.

Travis commenced his legal career in 2006 and graduated from the Legal Profession Admission Board in 2011.
As an Albury Wodonga local, Travis began working with Kell Moore in 2016. He has held the position of secretary of the Albury and District Law Society since 2011.

Jason was raised in country Victoria and completed a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Behavioural Science at La Trobe University in Melbourne in 2008. Following university, Jason moved to Albury to commence his legal career and he was admitted to the legal profession as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2009.
Jason has a broad legal knowledge and diverse skill-set across multiple jurisdictions. He has experience in property and development law, building and construction law, conveyancing, commercial and business law, wills, estates and powers, as well as court/tribunal proceedings relating to criminal law, administrative law and various other litigation.
In 2023, Jason commenced as a senior lawyer with Kell Moore after almost nine years as a director of an incorporated legal practice. Jason’s role with Kell Moore draws on his broad knowledge and experience, but with a focus on the areas of commercial, litigation (civil, commercial and building and construction) and criminal law.

Jaimon joined the Kell Moore team in 2021. He brings many years of experience in accounting roles with the Australian Taxation Office.
Jaimon moved to the area as a young child and – after working in Melbourne for some time – relocated to Albury to undertake his legal studies.
Jaimon’s role at Kell Moore covers primarily local government and planning law, and commercial litigation.

Georgina joined Kell Moore in 2019. She practises primarily in estate planning, probate and administration of deceased estates.
Georgina has developed a specific interest and expertise in drafting and executing powers of attorney and guardianship documents to support clients and their families.
Georgina brings her skills to help people apply for probate and the administration of deceased estates, tailor succession plans to meet a family’s needs, and provide accurate and efficient commercial law service.

Shawn has joined Kell Moore in 2023 after moving to the Albury area to be closer to family.
Growing up in a small community in western Canada, Shawn came to Australia to complete his law degree over nine years ago.
Shawn’s legal career has been a range of different experiences, gained during his time working in Sydney and Melbourne, mainly focusing on large corporate matters, assisting people with homelessness and most recently family law dispute resolutions.
Shawn chose to relocate to the Albury Wodonga region to be closer to family based in Chiltern. His role at Kell Moore will include assisting our conveyancing and rural clients out of the Albury and Corowa Office’s advising on residential, commercial and rural property sales.

Commencing with Kell Moore as a Law Clerk in 2022, Elizabeth was admitted to the legal profession as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2024.
Prior to joining the Kell Moore team, Elizabeth was employed in legal and parliamentary roles based in Adelaide, Broken Hill, and Albury. Elizabeth gained her qualifications while working full time and studying remotely through Charles Darwin University where she completed a Bachelor of Laws, and the University of New England where she completed a Diploma in Arts.
Growing up on family farming property, Elizabeth’s focus during her employment and studies has centered heavily on regional and rural issues, with an emphasis on water law and governance arrangements.
Since joining Kell Moore, Elizabeth’s skills and experiences have lent themselves to her work with rural clients, while also developing an interest in commercial and business matters, leasing, estate planning and probate.

Licensed Conveyancer
An Albury Wodonga local, Linda began her career in the legal profession over 15 years ago.
Linda brings extensive experience in residential, commercial and rural property conveyancing in New South Wales and Victoria to Kell Moore. She is also heavily involved in our subdivision work, acting for large residential developers.
Linda is one of our licensed conveyancers, holding a current conveyancers licence in New South Wales. She is also a current member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division Ltd.
As an added service for clients, Linda holds a position of Honorary Justice of the Peace for the states of Victoria and New South Wales.
Office Manager
Abbey is an Albury local who commenced her administrative career over 17 years ago.
Shortly after achieving her Bachelor of Arts, Abbey moved into an administrative role and gained certificates in Business Administration and Accounting & Bookkeeping. She has 13 years experience with a local Accounting firm before undertaking management with a regional health clinic. Abbey then joined Kell Moore as Office Manager in 2020.
